Cost: Absolutely Free!

Come join us for a 30-minute guided breathwork session at no cost. We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so you can settle in and get cozy!

Duration: 35-45 minutes.

What to bring:

  • Towel or yoga mat to lay on

  • Water bottle

  • Eye mask (optional)

  • Blanket (optional)

Fire & Ice Full Session

Price: $40

The Fire + Ice program starts with breathwork before moving onto the cold exposure and sauna.

It runs between 2-3 hours. It includes:

  • 30 minutes of Breathwork

  • 3 alternating rounds of 3 minutes in an Ice Bath followed by 15 minutes in a Wood Burning Barrel Sauna

What you need:

  • 2 Towels 

  • Water Bottle

  • Yoga mat to lay on (Optional)

  • Eye Mask (Optional)

  • Blanket (Optional)

  • Clothing to plunge in

  • Change of dry clothes for afterwards

Private Sessions

This is a private Fire + Ice Session. 

$40 per person, 5 person minimum ($200)

If you do not have 5 people and would still like to book a private session, you can do so with a $200 commitment. 

Privates have a 10-person maximum, unless you’re doing two rounds. Two rounds can include up to 14 people.

Breath + Ice

Price: $25

30 minutes of Breathwork, followed by cold exposure. This is the best option for those in a hurry.

It runs between 45-60 minutes.

  • Eye Mask (Optional)

  • Blanket (Optional)

  • Clothing to plunge in

  • Change of dry clothes for afterwards

Full Moon Session

Price: $40

Hosted on or near the full moon, the Full Moon session includes all the activities of a Fire + Ice session with a few extra perks. In addition to breathwork, cold exposure, and sauna time, participants will also meditate and journal. The goal is to focus on what you would like to release and what you would like to grow. After, we release these intentions and offer our words to the sauna’s fire.

It’s an incredible way to meet like-minded, intentional people in the community. 

What you need:

  • 2 Towels 

  • Water Bottle

  • Yoga mat to lay on (Optional)

  • Eye Mask (Optional)

  • Blanket (Optional)

  • Clothing to plunge in

  • Change of dry clothes for afterwards

  • Journal, Notebook, Paper, Pen, Pencil, Quill and Ink– whatever writing utensil you prefer
